Courier Pickup & Delivery

Choose a major courier service that works best for you:

Any major courier is acceptable. Compare rates and delivery times on their websites.

Visit your chosen courier's website and start a new shipment:

Pickup Address (Our Office):

⏰ Preferred Pickup Window: 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM

Delivery Address: Enter your home or preferred delivery address

The courier calculates shipping cost based on:

• Service type (Express, Standard, etc.)
• Destination location
• Package weight and dimensions

Complete payment directly on the courier's website using your preferred payment method.

After successful payment, the courier will provide you with a shipping label (also called a waybill) as a PDF file.

📧 Email the PDF label to our office:
We'll print and attach it to your package for pickup.

Note: Some FedEx services can arrange label pickup, but emailing the PDF is the fastest option.

While logged into the courier's website (or as a guest), schedule a one-time pickup for our office address.

Select:

• Preferred date for pickup
• Time window between 9:00 AM – 1:00 PM
• Confirm our office address

Forward the courier's confirmation email to us, which should include:

• ✓ Tracking number
• ✓ Scheduled pickup date and time
• ✓ Courier service name

This ensures our team knows when to have your package ready for the driver.

On the scheduled day, the courier driver arrives at our office and collects your package containing your translated documents.

Use the tracking number provided by the courier to monitor your package in real-time.

You can:

• View real-time location updates
• Receive delivery notifications
• Confirm estimated delivery date
