For English-speaking visitors: if your language is not listed separately, start with How to order. If you need a special format, notarization, or a different workflow, we can handle that too. The online form is still the best starting point. You can also review Pricing, check Contacts, or message us in chat.

Translations for other languages

Need a document translated from a language not listed separately on the site? Start with the online form and we will route the request into the right workflow, whether it is a standard certified translation, a special format, or a case that needs manual review.

If you are not sure which language page to use, send the documents through the form anyway. We can review scans, clarify requirements, and continue the conversation in any language through email or chat.

How the order works

Upload the documents

Send scans or clear photos through the online order form. Full pages are best so we can review the request properly.

Price and review

Whenever possible, the form shows the price right away. Unusual cases go to manual review so we can route them correctly.

Payment and processing

After confirmation, you receive the next steps. Payment is usually possible by card, PayPal, Interac e-Transfer, and other standard methods.

Receive the translation

The final translation can be delivered electronically, picked up in person, or shipped anywhere in Canada.

Pricing and delivery

Clear starting price

Many ordinary documents start at $59 for the first page. Two-page documents are often around $108. The final price depends on the type of document, the certification required, and the page count.

The latest rules and examples are listed on the pricing page.

When a special format is required

If you need more than a standard certified translation, such as notarization or a format tailored to an organization, we can handle that too. The request still needs to come through the online form so the workflow is clear from the beginning.

Available across Ontario

You do not have to live near an office. We handle requests from Toronto, Ottawa, and across Ontario. If an in-person visit is needed, the addresses are on the contacts page.

Why people choose Translation Agency of Ontario

Useful for newcomers

Many clients are not sure which format the receiving organization wants. This page is designed to reduce that uncertainty before the request is sent.

Frequently asked questions

Will this work for IRCC, a school, or an employer?

In many standard cases yes, but the final requirement always depends on the receiving organization. If in doubt, start with the online form and attach the documents for review.

Can I order everything fully online?

Yes. For most orders, uploading the documents online is enough. If an in-person visit or original documents are needed, that will be clear in the next instructions.

How much does a translation cost?

Ordinary one-page documents often start from $59 plus HST, but the final price depends on page count and the certification required. A quick reference is available on the pricing page.

Can I ask a question before I order?

Yes. But even for special cases, the best starting point is the online form, because that is the main route for every request. If you need to speak first, use the contacts page or the chat.
