In order to apply for a Canadian driver's licence you must present valid foreign licences, personal identification (ID), letters of authentication, etc. at the DriveTest Centre in English or French.
We translate foreign driver's licences for the residents of GTA and the rest of Ontario:
Toronto, Ottawa, Brantford, Chatham, Clinton, Dryden, Espanola, Fort Frances, Guelph, Huntsville, Kapuskasing, Kenora, Kirkland Lake, Kitchener, London, New Liskeard, North Bay, Orangeville, Owen Sound, Sarnia, Sault Ste Marie, Simcoe, Stratford, Sudbury, Thunder Bay, Tillsonburg, Timmins, Walkerton, Windsor, Woodstock, etc.
Average turnaround time: 2 days.
Regular fee: $59 (Ontario) & $89 (Quebec)
Official translation requirements we fully meet:
"Translators used by applicants must be employed, or have been employed, in interpreter or translation services."
Ontario: an expensive ATIO-certified translation is not required in Ontario anymore. Some DriveTest agents still require that by mistake, but according to their own website - it is not a must but only one of the options.
Quebec: an expensive ATIO-certified translation is required for driver's licences in Quebec: $89 + taxes. Make sure to let your project manager know that you need translation spefically for Quebec.
