How to order

You are welcome to stop by at one of our offices in Toronto and Ottawa and get your documents translated for Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (former Citizenship and Immigration Canada). But it is faster to order online by simply filling out the Free quote form or by emailing us the document to be translated. You will also be able to prepay for the work online. Your translation will be ready for pick up at our office or mailed to any address in Canada at no cost (Canada Post).

All translations can be mailed to any address in Canada at no cost (Canada Post).

Our translations are paired with affidavits signed by a translator or a project manager and accepted by Citizenship and Immigration Canada and many other Canadian official institutions.

We offer walk-in services. You are welcome to come over during our business hours and leave your documents for translation. After the translation is done, you can pick the documents up or receive them by mail (regular or Xpress).

Don't forget to notarize the copy

Immigration Refugee and Citizenship Canada (IRCC) specifically requires to have a copy of your original document to be certified (notarized) as a TRUE COPY by any local Notary Public. This copy is to be stapled to the certified translation.
